When choosing a power supply, the rated output power of the converter must be higher than the actual power required by your electrical appliance. We recommend reserving a power margin of 20%–30% to avoid long-term full-load operation, which will shorten the service life of the power supply. Do NOT reverse the positive and negative poles during connection. Reverse connection will immediately damage the power supply and your load equipment. This iron shell power supply relies on ventilation for heat dissipation. Please install it in a well-ventilated space. This power supply is designed for DC resistive or ordinary inductive loads such as LED lights, monitoring equipment, and fans. For high starting current equipment (such as motors, pumps), please reserve extra power margin, because the instantaneous starting current may be 2–3 times the rated current.
The suitable working temperature range is -10℃ ~ +50℃. Do not use it in humid, dusty, corrosive, flammable or explosive environments. Avoid rain splash, water immersion.
The power supply comes with over-current protection, over-voltage protection, over-temperature protection and short-circuit protection. When protection is triggered, the power supply will stop output automatically. Please cut off the power supply, check the load and wiring fault, and restart after troubleshooting. Frequent protection triggers mean the load exceeds the rated range.
It cannot be used for battery charging without a dedicated charging management board. Direct charging of lithium batteries will cause overcharge, overheat and fire hazard.
Do not open the metal shell by yourself. There is high voltage inside even after power off. All wiring work must be carried out after cutting off the AC input power.
Please test the power supply before permanent installation. Damage caused by reverse connection, overloading, wrong input voltage, water ingress and man-made disassembly is not covered by warranty.
