A: It cannot be exposed to rain directly. Suitable for installation under eaves or inside weak current well. Add extra waterproof cover and seal cable entry if used outdoors.

A: Yes, for any 12V DC load, as long as total power is within rating. It works for access control, alarm panels and low-power LED strips. Not recommended for high-power DC motors.
