From the receipt of PCB components
IQC (Incoming Quality Control) involves inspecting incoming materials, primarily checking for defects such as sink marks or scratches on the housing, broken traces on the PCB, and damaged insulation on wires. It also includes spot-checking the specifications of components like chips, transformers, and capacitors, as well as verifying the packaging-ensuring that printed content, dimensions, colors, logos, and technical specifications are accurate and free of errors.

At the component insertion station, parts such as resistors, capacitors, diodes, inductors, and transformers are inserted into the PCB. The board then undergoes wave soldering to secure these components. Following this, the component leads are trimmed, and any cold or missed solder joints are repaired. The assembled PCB is then placed into the charger housing, the DC cable is soldered on, and finally, the housing is sealed shut using ultrasonic welding.
Then to testing and burn-in
During the production process, the products undergo a series of tests: no-load testing, load testing, short-circuit protection testing, and overvoltage/overcurrent testing. This is followed by a full-load burn-in test, which lasts for 4–8 hours; during this period, the units are periodically monitored for signs of abnormal heating, voltage drops, or unusual noises. Finally, a sample-based quality inspection is conducted, including high/low-temperature testing, drop testing, and plug-in/unplug (mating cycle) testing.
and finally to packaging and shipment
The packing process begins with the application of laser-etched labels. Each charger is placed into either a generic or custom-designed box (or a PE bag), then packed into an outer carton. Finally, the carton is sealed and labeled with shipping marks, after which it is either moved into storage or dispatched directly.
