The aging test is to simulate the harsh environment and use the power adapter for a long time to test the quality of the product. In layman's terms, it is a kind of destructive test. The test time is usually 24 hours or 48 hours. Only the products that can "survive" after the test is completed will be sold out of the warehouse. , but some small manufacturers basically don't know how to do this test, so their products are basically of poor quality.
Product failures often occur in the initial and final stages. As long as the PD power adapter has undergone an aging test, the initial stage is controllable, and the final stage will be extended with the improvement of product quality.
Burn-in testing improves product stability and reliability and is an important part of the production process. This is the reason why the quality of genuine big-brand power adapters is very good, while inferior power supplies basically have various problems.
